To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說同老公睇戲，睇戲前見到東薈城二期7樓天仁茗茶有好多學生排隊，所以跟大隊買番杯嚟飲吓。排隊排左三四分鐘就到我哋，落單後等5分鐘之後就有得拎。我叫咗一杯珍珠鮮奶綠（$25），奶綠味道正常，但係珍珠味有啲偏酸，有啲奇怪，因為正常珍珠都係浸咗糖水應該係甜味，所以每食一粒珍珠入口有啲酸酸嘅味道，不太好飲。老公就叫咗一杯檸檬綠茶沙冰（$31），我就冇飲過，不過老公話杯嘢正常，但也無乜特別。總括而言，呢間天仁茗茶少少令人失望，特別係個珍珠嘅味道。不過我諗因為價錢相對平，所以吸引到好多學生過去買，然而東薈城賣台式飲品嘅店舖都有好幾間，所以如果想維持好生意就需要改善啦。
