To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢杯係早兩個月幫襯嘅小黑糖伯爵珍珠奶茶,當時天氣仲未好熱,仲可以飲熱飲。我始終覺得,奶茶要熱先好飲,茶味濃啲,奶又滑啲。呢杯伯爵珍珠奶茶最出色嘅係珍珠,軟糯得嚟亦有咬口,有黑糖味得嚟又唔會太甜。至於個茶底,其實都幾甘香,不過伯爵茶做唔到好濃,飲起上嚟,就始終冇紅茶咁好飲。下次都係要飲返傳統嘅黑糖珍奶。
