朋友請食升職飯,揀左呢間佢之前試左覺得好正嘅中菜餐廳請我試試。餐廳裝修同佈置都好典雅別緻,古典得黎又帶點現代感,睇到啲餐具就知,有碟、紅酒杯,又有中式茶壺同筷子,大廳仲有一大幅酒牆,添加氣派。朋友落左order之後,侍應立即送上茶水,為各人斟上。好快嘢食上枱啦!首先係個冷盤,花雕醉乳鴿($180)。平時食花雕雞就食得多,花雕醉乳鴿真係第一次食!乳鴿較雞肉嫩滑,而且都好多肉架!滿滿花雕香味,出色!跟住係懷舊八寶鴨($580)。八寶鴨大大隻漲卜卜,入面塞滿各種材料,包括元貝、咸蛋黃、蓮子、栗子、金華火腿等,各種材料煮得軟淋入味,與鴨肉、鴨油的香氣融為一體,色香味佳全!再黎多個清湯蘿蔔和牛($360)。呢味似係高級靚料版清湯腩,蘿蔔軟淋入味無渣,牛腩一啲都唔韌,充滿牛味,湯清澈透明,但味道非常濃郁!最後黎返個欖菜肉碎炒飯($180),飯炒得乾身粒粒分明,欖菜同肉碎份量幾乎同飯粒一樣多,非常足料,整個炒飯非常出色!最後要讚讚呢度啲服務,真係好殷勤好貼心,適時會幫你加茶、換碟,仲會用心介紹menu同嘢食👍🏻
