海港城雪下覓炙主打高級路線韓燒，冬季套餐推出冬雪松露美饌$720/位，當中最吸引嘅應該就係有現刨法國原粒黑松露🥹首先係款式多到數唔晒嘅韓式前菜如泡菜蘿蔔海藻等。隨即上嘅係松露生牛肉他他，口感似係食緊呑拿魚蓉，非常容易接受，配上幾款配料增強口感而黑松露嘅香氣亦完全散發出嚟🥰套餐一共提供5款肉，牛舌、外裙肉、夏多布里昂、和牛牛肋肉、三筋肉。擺盤非常靚，最重要嘅係店員會幫忙燒肉，以最佳火喉烹調咁靚嘅肉，確保能夠喺肉質最適合嘅時候食☺️高潮一浪接一浪，月見肩芯肉(配松露)，薄薄一塊嘅肩芯肉輕輕燒幾秒即可，拌上蛋黃以及現刨嘅法國原粒黑松露，呢一道真係印象深刻😍
