To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺奧海城二期看完電影後在商場内游戈了一會，因為午餐吃得不多，便四處揾食，可能因為今天商場内有歌星臨表演，二期的食肆都高朋滿座，連老麥和上校都很難找到吉位，唯有過來人流較少一期這邊的大家樂吃個下午茶餐。這裹人少座位多，座位分佈在寬闊商場的大堂中，視野較廣壓迫感没那麽大，而且有很多沙發位，坐得比較一般舒適。因為肚子很餓便叫了碗燒鴨米粉加杯醒神咖啡，想不到這餐的燒鸭比别間的出色，鸭件都切得很整齊結實而且肥肉很少，入口後没有起渣；而那杯蒸溜咖啡一入口也感覺到冲得比一般的大家樂香濃，奶的份量適中不會掩蓋了咖啡的香味。今天發覺又加了價，沙士後這款一般快餐店的茶餐，由年前的十五元逐步加至十九元，其實已上升了超過25%了，可看出本地通脹實在已很厲害，工資的增長實際上遠低於通脹率，我們的政府財金官員們實在要想想辦法解诀一下。
