Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日晚飯,選了聽聞已久的上環社企法國菜。生日做善事,積德積福🤭可能由於疫情,晚上只有set dinner, 價錢都是劃一,每位$500左右,選擇有限。✅環境寧靜,算是乾淨,但裝橫不算太貴麗時尚。✅由頭盤、餐湯、主菜、甜品,每道菜味道都可以,不過不失。但不算是很有驚喜。⚠️每道菜的碟,都有約一寸高的邊,用刀叉時非常不便,總是「頂」著。而且用盤進食,感覺很snoopy 😅. 不知道傳統法國菜的餐具是否有條高邊? 又為了什麼呢? ⚠️ 訂座時跟餐廳說在甜品寫上生日字眼,端上甜品時,豪邁成熟的女待應,大聲吩咐後生男待應:「過來過來唱歌⋯⋯」,其他枱客都望著,令主角十分尷尬。
