Zenon Cafe朋友跟我去試瑜珈堂,做完就去附近醫肚,見到呢到有slow cook,就去試試Slow-cook chicken fillet ($118)上碟個木板好似砧板咁,好特別,大大塊雞扒,應該係slow cook 後再稍稍煎香,所以個皮金黃色,仲有好多香草,好like,唔食雞皮嘅我都忍唔住試,不得了,好香口,仲有香草味添,最重要係皮同肉中間無肥膏,肉質亦嫩滑多汁Slow-cook Iberico Pork Loin ($168)連骨嘅黑毛豬豬扒,應該同雞扒一樣slow cook 後再稍稍煎香,所以個皮金黃色,仲有好多香草,一般嘅豬扒因爲怕唔熟通常都比較薄,最多比兩塊你,呢到嘅豬扒比一般嘅厚身,肥瘦適中,肉質軟稔,又juicyButterfly pea flower tea最近人氣爆燈嘅蝶豆花茶,個個都好想睇佢變色,其實藍變紫好簡單,加檸檬汁就得,視覺效果勝過味道,簡單啲講其實即係蜜糖水,凍凍地,夏天飲都幾舒服㗎!Strawberry delight全部都係好夏天嘅水果,有士多啤梨、橙汁、青檸汁等,再加梳打水打成,橙汁味最強,喜歡橙汁嘅人就最啱以後做完瑜珈又多個地方醫肚
