有舊下屬轉職了在 ICC上班,上班了數天,說報答當年我的悉心教導才有今天的成績,特意報恩邀請我來個快樂時光,暢飲一杯來聚舊一下。今天傍晚就來到他寫字樓附近圓方的W Hotel 6樓之一間酒吧食肆 - Woobar。他說這店最近新推出有瑞士芝士火鍋,問我吃過沒有,我當然未曾嚐過這種火鍋,就應了他的約。吃之前我對瑞士芝士火鍋沒什麼頭緒,只知道皮毛的是將麵包放在熱烘烘的芝士上拖一拖就吃,相信是與數年前吃過的朱古力火鍋大同小異罷了。原來吃的不單止麵包和芝士,還有數款的蔬菜,包括有西蘭花、烚薯仔、醃酸青瓜、車厘茄和醃珍珠小洋蔥,而麵包供應的是長法包和酸種麵包粒。舊下屬已當了爸爸,當然happy hour不需再只喝生啤了,今晚我們各自選了雞尾酒。一看餐牌,中英並存的酒名,令我們更容易去選擇。舊下屬選了松露酸 Truffle Sour,而我就老江湖 A man of Sophistication 好像與我的身份匹配了一點吧。松露酸,舊下屬說整杯滿有松露味道,酒用上Ron Zacapa 23 ,是一種Rum酒,再配合可可和自家調制的苦艾酒再加點香蕉精油而成的一杯雞美酒。而老江湖這杯酒,味道非常之濃烈,

松露酸,舊下屬說整杯滿有松露味道,酒用上Ron Zacapa 23 ,是一種Rum酒,再配合可可和自家調制的苦艾酒再加點香蕉精油而成的一杯雞美酒。

而老江湖這杯酒,味道非常之濃烈,VSOP為底酒,再調入一種安格斯圖拉樹Angostura 的樹皮汁液來增加酒香。這種樹皮汁液帶一點苦澀味,是現代雞美酒精髓所在,再配合酒吧自家調制過的紅菜頭汁液,讓到整杯老江湖添上紅色,再加點檸檬汁,老江湖這一杯帶一點苦味道的雞美酒就這樣成事了。這種苦味增添了這杯雞美酒的獨特香氣,正正符合曾經在職場經歷百戰的我,是老江湖一名。

熱辣辣的芝士,包著麵包和蔬菜來吃,兩人今晚就沒需任何肉類陪伴左右,只有左一句右一句的傾談往事,加一杯在手,是一樂也,彼此樂在其中。
