To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到有食評才記得早兩個月去開長沙灣，很難才找到永隆街這店。叫了一個什麼瑤柱雲吞麵連飲。瑤柱(仔)雲吞雖然有瑤柱味，但沒特別，;可能普通的雲吞會來得自然一點。麵身有口感，但不彈牙，味道也算不錯，帶點蛋味。個人覺得永華的好些 ，因為麵很有彈性，微微捲曲的型態，加上麵本身的蛋味和少少的鹼水味，讓我有兒時的回憶。整體上覺得是一間中上的小店，憑什麼入米芝連呢？
