法式火焰薄餅(La Suzette)係法式甜點嘅經典之一。望住服務員將橙酒🍊撒於Pancake上,瞬間藍色火焰四起,火光令暗暗地嘅餐廳環境多了幾分浪漫及燦爛,空氣亦速瀰漫陣陣柳橙香氣,未食之前,視覺及嗅覺已先享受了一番。味道方面,食落帶獨特酒香,甜中帶酸,酸又帶少許橙皮甘苦味中和甜膩,質感柔軟濕潤,啖啖散發🍽法式魅力,為整餐帶來完美收結。
