To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐未食過自助餐！同事推介了這間酒店，勝在客人不多，於大堂位置用餐環境舒適，望出窗就是樹木，的確少有！冷盤方面有青口，長腳蟹，海蝦，螺肉等先飲海鮮湯暖暖身每晚特定時候會推出海鮮丼飯，小小的一碗，不錯！半邊龍蝦及鵝肝，諗返起都流口水🤤鮑魚扣花膠，我食咗兩碗！另外開了一支白酒，價錢不算太貴，$200一支下半場甜品時間Cream brûlée必食Pancake可以選擇士多啤梨或香蕉味！用火槍燒過嘅檸檬味蛋糕🍰 有酒嘅苦澀味！到咗唔敢食太飽嘅年紀，食完之後坐了差不多一個小時，才買單，這餐真是10分豐足！
