To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友慶祝生日，想食餐豐富但又要環境好既餐廳，見到有買一送一優惠即刻訂位試下。首先一讚😚係套票訂位時只有室外枱，但當日室內唔滿座，所以餐廳都安排左室內枱俾我，非常好👍🏻因為餐廳係落地玻璃外牆，所以坐室內有冷氣但又可以望到室外風景，即刻加分😍自助餐食物有各國既不同美食；日式壽司刺身，各式海鮮拼盤，各式各樣沙律，中式點心，西式牛扒，印度薄餅咖哩........以及超過二十款既蛋糕甜點，可算係應有盡有。以人均唔駛$250既價錢，有長腳蟹食其實都算好超值。再加上當日唔算太多客人，食物供應非常充足，完全唔需要排隊取食物。2.5小時可慢慢品嚐各種美食，絕對超值！
