To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日老婆休息,向老總請半日假同老婆食好西。付了年費做Mira Plus會員,當然約埋三五知己一齊飲個茶。貴為五星級酒店,環境當然一絲不苟。長廳內約有二十餘張枱,環境十分寬敞。侍應安排沙發園枱,女士們坐沙發無不讚好👧🏼。還未人齊,待應問道喝什麼茶。轉眼間一個點上蠟燭既茶座已經送上,好讓茶保持溫暖,好不窩心。點心選擇不少,以下是其中兩頁。帶子嫩滑,露筍既清新中和豉油既濃味。入口帶子嫩滑和靈筍既咬勁相映成趣,亦不自覺吃掉朋友的份量首先賣相已經一流,蝦餃晶瑩剔透,頂頭點綴着一小片金箔,有如畫龍點睛。賣相多好都不如味道重要,我一口把蝦餃放進口裡,蝦餃皮薄,蝦球的鮮味直撲味蕾,蝦身爽口彈牙,如配上適量辣椒油則味道更佳。從賣相已知餃皮薄得透明。可能名字令人過份聯想黑松露味道主道,反而我不太感受到黑松露味道,這倒不失是一件好事,太多黑松露肯定會蓋過其他食材的滋味。鱈魚滑溜,連最怕魚腥的老婆都讚不絕口。花膠本身味道單薄,加上份量不多,只能說口感上為魚塊補充了爽口感,平衡質感。鍋貼煎至金黃,餃子上枱時侍應才淋上芝士汁。我第一眼看上的竟是底下的伊麵。芝伊煮至乾身,沾上濃味芝士汁一併送入口中,已令我一試愛上。
