最近,我和朋友們來到了銅鑼灣的小魚兒,主要係食川菜爐中魚,我鍾意佢呢度環境舒適,裝潢簡約而現代,柔和的燈光讓人感到放鬆。今次我試吓新嘅嘢,我地點了極品魚包魚雞煲,這道菜的鮮味令人驚艷,湯底清澈透明,魚肉鮮嫩,估唔到有咁多隻鮑魚,除咗可以食到鮑魚仲可以食到雞煲,每一啖雞都朔晒肉汁,讓人每一口都能感受到海鮮的鮮美。鍋裡的多芫茜更是為這道菜增添了清新的香氣,讓人食慾大開。朋友鍾意食海鮮,我們品嘗了蒜香牛油燒扇貝。扇貝的肉質鮮嫩,搭配濃郁的蒜香和牛油,讓整道菜散發出誘人的香氣。因為天氣仲係熱熱地,想開胃啲點咗脆焦糖燒菠蘿,外脆內嫩,焦糖的甜香與菠蘿的酸甜恰到好處。另外重點咗冬瓜茶和甘蔗馬蹄汁,解渴又清新。本來諗住係點嚟食甜品嘅炸雙皮奶,最後忍唔住食雞煲嘅時候都一邊食一邊品嚐佢外脆內滑的口感,讓人回味無窮。
