去開銅鑼灣店,都嚟試下黃大仙店。雖然離地鐵站有啲步程,但去到現崇山感覺自成一角,冇銅記咁多人,心境都寧靜啲~香煎xx菇露笋 - 菇名忙記了,肉質彈牙唔鞋口,惟啲菇煎完索晒啲油,口感油膩;啲露笋就唔錯,起碼冇渣先士多啤梨骨 - 猴頭菇算係比較有益嘅菇,所以每次食齋都會叫一味猴頭菇。猴頭菇炸過再淋上酸甜汁,酸甜度適中,猴頭菇內裏仍保持嫩滑,唔錯。天婦羅彩絲 - 哩味同銅鑼灣店比差好遠。銅鑼灣店會灑啲紫菜絲上面,口感fresh好多,仲會將一把金菇炸成扇形,賣相好好多。哩度好在仍然粉薄唔太油。
