由於今日係舅母生日嘅大日子,所以舅父一早已約好咗我們所有人一齊同舅母食飯慶祝!舅父好有心思話想同舅母表達佢係佢嘅「The One」,所以舅父就特意揀咗尖沙咀The One嘅「利寶閣」擺咗兩圍慶祝!舅父叫咗個百變粵風味宴:堂弄脆皮金豬燒得外皮好香脆,肉質好鬆軟嫩滑,肥瘦均勻,無乜多餘嘅脂肪,再夾埋微甜軟熟嘅薄餅一齊食,完全唔會有好油膩嘅感覺!頭抽煎釀帶子係用爽口彈牙嘅蝦膠夾著鮮味嘅帶子,食落口感非常豐富,味道相當惹味,另外仲有一個炸得好香甜酥脆嘅洋蔥圈舖底!蟹肉冬茸羹嘅味道比較清淡,蟹肉嘅份量亦唔算太多!玉液麒麟蒸龍躉球嘅肉質好嫩滑彈牙,味道好鮮味清香!中山煎焗龍躉頭腩煎得表面好香口,入面嘅肉質就鮮嫩,味道好濃郁惹味!懷舊欖仁百花盞嘅百花係切到好細小嘅蝦粒,加埋欖仁同西芹,用一塊生菜包著嚟食,感覺好爽甜清新!手打魚腐浸菜苗一上碟嗰陣啲魚腐發漲到好似一個網球咁大,但好快就縮到變返一粒普通魚蛋咁細,一咬落去就覺得好似食緊一嚿「發水麵包」咁,一啲質感都無,同埋味道係淡而無味嘅,真係令我們覺得好失望呀!廣州太爺鷄即豉油鷄,味道唔會好鹹,肉質相當鬆軟嫩滑!楊枝甘露椰汁味比較重,但唔係好香濃,而芒果

原籠古法馬拉糕嘅發粉份量比較多,食落好似一嚿棉花咁,所以質感非常鬆散,亦都係令到我們覺得好失望!

總括:店內嘅環境裝修同窗外嘅景色都非常好,但食物嘅食品就好壞參半!
