今日去試咗餐廳周推介的其中一間餐廳。🌱櫻桃鴨胸、糖醋小排骨、陳醋一口海蜇花陳醋一口海蜇花,外型似水母,爽口帶酸;糖醋小排骨,糖醋味道唔夠,排骨有啲鞋;櫻桃鴨胸,用櫻桃做咗外邊的啫喱,鴨胸軟滑帶少許羶味。🌱姬松茸燉雞湯湯料足而多,有姬松茸和瘦肉,但湯越飲越鹹。🌱招牌鮑參翅肚羮加$98轉配,我覺得唔值,翅份量少,而羮的味道又係太鹹。🌱滾石泡椒蝦球侍應會在你面前倒八泡椒汁,隨即吱吱喳喳,蝦隻大隻,口感爽口彈牙,但醬汁勁辣而且又係勁鹹,浪費咗隻蝦。🌱外灘獅子頭唔係手打的肉,口感乾而鞋身。🌱黑松露小籠包皮呈黑白兩隻色,皮都薄身,肉的口感少少鞋口。🌱黃金龍蝦酥加$88轉配,很適合打卡。龍蝦酥裏面係有一兩粒龍蝦肉,其餘都係白蘿蔔絲。外邊脆裏面就以白蘿蔔味為主。🌱鮑魚蔥油拌麵雖然廚師很細心剪開了拌麵,令我哋易啲食用。但拌麵乾又黏埋一舊,很難夾起,蔥油味道唔突出,鮑魚口感尚可。🌱椰汁燉蛋白小湯圓有椰汁香味,湯圓口感煙韌,底部有很滑的蛋白,整個甜品夠熱亦都唔太甜,唔錯。食物味道方面有待改善,環境寬敞有海景,亦有戶外地方供打卡,服務態度都幾好。
