To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同父母來行街,食午飯,一入到來覺得環境幾好,好似幾高級,而點心價錢比平時貴少少,中點2x起, 叫左3個點心,金錢肚,好重牛雜既臭味,鳳爪既皮太淋,無咩口感,好似煮得太耐。牛肉腸普通到,一d香味都無,好似食緊淨腸粉。仲叫左碟瑤柱龍躉丁鍋飯,呢個飯就唔錯,155蚊細細碟,但幾有香味,有少少龍躉肉,飲鐵觀音茶有茶味。點心價錢貴但味道係水準以下,不過坐低環境都幾舒服,唔會太嘈,牆上仲有一幅好大既畫,幾特別。
