APM都有很多選擇,最後還是決定簡單的越南麵。叫了一個牛丸粉、一個綜合包括生、熟牛肉、牛丸粉,牛油雞翼、香茅薄荷青檸梳打和凍椰青崩大碗。越南河粉出名牛肉、牛丸和湯底,今次就試試看,這店常常排隊,心想一定很好吃😋結果最欣賞是飲品而已牛丸有雪味,而且牛味很濃,這可能我不太喜歡重牛味至於生熟牛肉,只不過全都熟了。湯底也很清淡,可加入牛骨煲湯會更好。至於牛油雞翼,賣相吸引且很香,但欠缺味道,應該是無味的

結果最欣賞是飲品而已

牛丸有雪味,而且牛味很濃,這可能我不太喜歡重牛味
