除咗瑞士雞翼,其實我好似真係未食過同瑞士有關嘅菜,更勿論正宗風味嘅瑞士菜。今日就嚟天后哩間瑞士餐廳,試下正宗嘅瑞士風味!一出電梯就見到充滿瑞士風格嘅裝潢⚜️,牆身的畫作🖼、奶牛雕塑🐄同埋櫥窗中展示嘅瑞士芝士🧀等等,仲有開陽玻璃可以望到街景……冇得飛瑞士,就要抓緊機會在哩度打下卡厄like啦🤪!食物方面有當然吾少得瑞士名菜芝士火鍋 🧀(HKD240 per portion),採用常見的配方“一半一半”(moitié-moitié),由Gruyère同Vacherin Fribourgeois兩款芝士製成。配料多樣,可以自由選擇麵包粒🥖、新薯🥔、蘑菇🍄、薯條🍟同牛仔腸等,配搭價由HKD38-110不等。哩個芝士火鍋同平時一般嘅芝士火鍋相比真係十分特別,朋友覺得鹹咗D,我就覺得佢酒味好outstanding,同芝士都算系perfect match🤩,而我哋點咗嘅新薯就軟冧,同個芝士一啖落口,先系芝士鹹香嘅香氣,之後溢出酒香,吾錯👍🏻!之後系法式豬鞍配燒汁(HKD338),一般咁厚一舊豬都覺得比較難整得好食,要出面岩岩好,裡面又會太生。而我哋當日個豬鞍就稍微熟咗D,但係配埋個燒汁,又吾dry w

而個帶子沙律d帶子就煎得好好味,同個沙律醋完美配搭,一下就清咗盤。而最後甜品系瑞士卷,裡面竟然有mochi,又幾得意wor!

當日仲要勁贊嘅系當日有live band彈guitar🎸,餐廳都可謂不惜工本,仲可以現場點歌🎶,所以如果系情侶嚟,都幾溫馨浪漫架!後嚟問店家,原來逢週五系live guitar🎸,逢週六系live piano🎹,雖然吾系小鮮肉演出,但係都幾好聽架!
