Restaurant: Momo Classic (Zone B, Lok Fu Place)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 樂富廣場啱啱開咗間新餐廳,所以同屋企人過來試下食個lunch。用餐時間大約是十一時左右,等候了10分鐘左右便可入坐。現場燈光較暗,大概是想營造一點較浪漫的氣氛,但坐得耐有點眼瞓。因兩大人兩小朋友關係,沒有點太多,只點了兩個餐,黑松露义燒蔥花炒飯及星州炒米。因為是新開的餐廳亦裝橫亦很有舒適,所以都會很祈望食物都會很有驚喜。但吃了第一道送來的星州炒米,落既鹽多咗,好咸,不過同服務員反映意見後即時收回,並再叫師傅廚過一碟正常味道的,第二次送來的okok。另一道炒飯亦值得一試。
