To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入到去職員就話中間卡位滴水 其他滿座 要我地坐門口或者最入面既位。我地坐門口嗰面 一坐低就好似俾嘢咬 周身唔舒服🤢。枱面有張用過既紙巾 但係無職員黎抹。個餐牌好殘舊 好似廿年無換過咁。食物質素停留咗喺廿年前港式扒房咁，威靈頓既牛柳 鵝肝 同塊酥皮 完全係分開既 擺埋同一碟就叫威靈頓鵝肝牛柳？同張相都完全唔同。成餐飯食得勁唔舒服。可能係十年黎最差既一次。以為自己去咗啲落後既地區食飯🥲。點解香港既餐廳業可以搞成咁。買單仲要兩個人$321。出面好多選擇可以食好啲坐好好多。
