To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情期間,好多餐廳都唔需要等位,所以可以係一個好好嘅機會試一次平時想去,但好多人等位嘅餐廳。今次,我哋就去咗鑽石山嘅聘珍樓飲茶,食點心。除咗平時食開嘅點心之外,呢度仲有擔擔麵,皮蛋瘦肉粥等,比較飽肚,而且都幾好味。點心嘅質素都唔錯。我哋最鍾意係佢嘅九肚魚,同埋擔擔面。最後叫一個甜品芝麻糕作總結。平時去酒樓,都唔會太過留意酒樓裝修佈置,但聘珍樓係比一般酒樓華麗少少,可能係呢一個原因所以收費亦都比其他酒樓貴一啲。
