今晚老公接收工,於是去左中環中心旁邊呢間隱世餐廳食dinner浪漫一下,餐廳地鋪比較吵鬧,但入到去係另一返景緻一坐底已比盞燈吸引景觀唔算靚,但勝在有私隱度$480有兩個starter,一個main course仲包甜品parma ham唔會過鹹,配上松露汁同火箭菜減少油膩感第一次見starter竟然係risotto,幸好份量恰到好處,creamy risotto配上細細粒既scallop令人好滿足Rib eye出場,自己點左medium rare口感不俗,亦唔會煎得太乾老公點左chicken roulade,呢道菜比rib eye有特色,因為用左foie gras terrine同black truffle卷住雞肉中間仲刻意夾多一層雞皮增加口感豐富度,令雞肉食落唔會「鞋口」,十分欣賞設計菜式的用心如果你以為食完main course會比個雪櫃拎出黎硬邦邦既tiramisu 你就大錯特錯啦,因為呢間餐廳既tiramisu非常有誠意,口感creamy又唔會膩,同時配有新鮮水果埋單每人約$500,以後有重要日子紀念都就會考慮再黎呢度
