To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境清幽嘅小cafe

今次嚟到屯門稔灣嘅T.park，係呢個世外桃源原來都有一個幾優雅清靜嘅小餐廳。由於今次係食咗嘢食先你，主要嘅目的係你浸Spa，只係咁啱浸之前經過呢度嘅Cafe，見到餐廳裏面都有啲輕食，所以就試咗佢嘅甜品—— Tiramisu其實未到上我都唔會俾太多特別嘅期望，因為始終位於呢啲比較偏遠嘅地區，同埋見到去餐廳裏面並冇一個特別做甜品嘅工房，所以都係透過外來入貨嘅甜品。不過令我有啲驚喜嘅係，呢度食甜品嘅餐具都會配合返呢個園區轉廢為能嘅主題，食甜品嘅餐具係一支可以食得嘅餅乾，概念上係幾有趣嘅，不過未到上同口感上就有待改善。同埋呢度食嘢嘅方式係全自助式，即係除咗你買餐要自己拎餐之外，食完之後仲要自己處理餐具，要自己清潔乾淨用過嘅餐具，算係一種幾新鮮嘅體驗。
