To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大廈門口上一樓,入到去餐廳,環境好優美好舒服,主要係白色綠色做配襯,仲有戶外座位可以選擇。搵位坐低後,行番去收銀處點餐。我同我屋企人一家五口去食早餐,雖然早餐款式唔多,但份量好足料。我地點左個特色bagel,香蕉磅蛋糕,牛油果孖寶多士,同全日早餐。全部都好靚好用心做,尤其係以為最普通嘅香蕉蛋糕都做得好濃香蕉味,再加啲nuts,口感好豐富又唔會好甜好漏,同埋估唔到幾飽肚。價錢包埋一杯36蚊以下價錢既飲品,所有奶類飲品都係用燕麥奶,而當中非常推介嘅係純素朱古力,濃但唔會好甜,仲絲絲嘅黑朱古力味,淨係飲呢個都有啲濟🤣。而個特色bagel本身以為只係普通一個bagel搽啲醬,但原來中間夾左新豬肉同蛋(素蛋?),再加沙律菜同車厘茄做配菜,bagel整得熱辣辣,再食啲菜同車厘茄感覺好清新。牛油果孖寶多士同全日早餐都好靚好味。餐廳係全自助形式,落單後自己斟水攞餐收枱,但店長姐姐都好好,好有禮貌好helpful,值得一試!
