早已聽聞銅鑼灣有家非常有特色的台灣菜,果然名不虛傳!特地選了平日夜晚來,就唔使排隊等咁耐啦。前菜點佐話梅小山藥。話梅山藥甜甜酸酸,脆爽開胃。主菜上了黑松露鮮百合花。百合燉得軟糯可口,加埋黑松露既香氣配合奶油,仲有少少金箔做裝飾,一定唔可以錯過!跟著上佐鹽酥波士頓龍蝦脆角豆金瓜。波士頓龍蝦鹹香可口,加上脆爽的鍋巴、南瓜幹同秋葵幹,不僅是味道十分可口,顏色也是十分養眼。主食點佐八斗子炒飯。炒飯顏色金黃,香味撲鼻,伴有肉鬆同蟹子,皮蛋瑤柱同雞蛋,仲有一條好大隻的鮮蝦。每一啖配料都唔同,每一啖炒飯都有驚喜。飲品點了微風醉人同tea flight。微風醉人是濃郁的芭樂果香味,竹籤串過幾片新鮮的芭樂輕置於酒杯上,紅綠點綴,果香撲人,讓人不禁微微醺醉。Tea flight三杯顏色從淡到深,酒味也從輕到濃厚。配合一齊上的青提,無花果干同鳳梨酥,仿佛置身於夏日午後的台灣茶館中,悠閒舒適的氣氛,不知不覺淡褪了工作的疲倦。
