和家人到新達廣場喜棧吃晚飯,不要問為什麼,你懂的。最近被很多事情煩悶著,心情一般般,喜棧感覺尚算優雅。母親大人一看menu, 更覺驚喜,有豉椒蒸紅鮪,蟲草花蒸雞, 椒鹽排骨, 魚湯浸菜心。有住家菜的感覺,的確省回不少煮飯時間和買餸時間。 先講 豉椒蒸紅鮪,蒸得恰到好處, 魚肉清甜可口,我最喜歡的還是那個蒸魚的豉油汁,總是覺得甜甜的,好好味。 蟲草花蒸雞,雞肉滑溜美味,用料新鮮。 魚湯浸菜心,賣相很好,味道鮮甜美味,。 椒鹽排骨食落亦唔錯。排骨裹上蛋糊,放入五成热的油中炸酥,脆身帶油膩。  今次很滿意,交通亦方便, 鄰近港鐵大埔墟站 ,扶手電梯上即到, 有時間會再去。
