To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 三款主菜嘅配菜都係一樣,配唔同嘅汁有唔同風味,其實三款汁嘅味道都唔嘅~ 我見到其他檯叫牛肋骨,大大份睇落唔錯呢~

自助區分咗5個部分:
1️⃣沙律區
有3款新鮮蔬菜 + 12款配料 + 4款沙律汁可以自製沙律,另外有3款已調好味嘅沙律。已調味嘅沙律係會換款,用料係普通嘢,味道okay,自製沙律係正常嘢,都算多選擇。
Cold cut 有3款,另外有煙三文魚同4款芝士,呢幾類食物都好一般,尤其4款芝士,勁硬,好似放咗好耐,cracker 係腍嘅~

2️⃣湯、小食及麵包
中湯係粉葛豬骨湯,西湯係野菌忌廉湯,兩款湯味道唔濃郁,稀稀哋,中湯相對比較好飲。
小食有炸春卷同咖哩角兩款,炸得香脆,唔錯。
麵包有4款,隔離仲有個滾動式多士爐可以整熱食,不過我冇試。

3️⃣甜品
生果有菠蘿、西瓜、蜜瓜。
Chocolate fountain 配有棉花糖同生果串。
蛋糕有藍莓芝士蛋糕、tiramisu、madeleines,另外可能係復活節關係,有一個芒果 mousse cake 配可敲碎嘅紅蘿蔔造型朱古力,蛋糕當中以藍莓芝士蛋糕最好食,其他正常。
亦都可能係復活節關係,有多款朱古力、糖果同兔仔造型棉花糖。
最後有4款 häagen-dazs雪糕杯。

4️⃣ 喇沙
廚師即場製作,可以揀米線或米粉,另外配有蝦、大魚旦、豆腐卜同菜,可能因為大學入面又唔算太忙,我哋想叫一碗 share 試吓,我哋問可唔可以雙拼米線 & 米粉,配料每樣俾3件,廚師好開心答可以!湯粉配料唔錯,蝦肉爽口,魚旦彈牙,湯底比較淡。

5️⃣ 飲品
近門口位有橙汁特飲,另有咖啡機製作唔同種類咖啡,亦都有熱紅茶同新鮮檸檬,冰同糖漿,可以自製凍飲。咖啡唔好飲,覺得咖啡豆一般,我決定用半個雲呢拿häagen-dazs雪糕整 affogato 食~

整體上自助區嘅食物款式都幾多,亦都有職員睇住進度換一碟新嘅,質素唔算出色但尚算正常,主菜方面除咗三文魚差D 外,另外兩款都幾好食。檯與檯之間有寬闊距離,坐得好舒服,加上人流唔多,自助區唔會好多人攞嘢食,亦都 keep 得好乾淨,食得好舒服~ 景觀方面因為外面大興土木,唔太算靚景。用餐時間相當充裕,可以食到2:30pm,因為唔需要加一服務費,7折後每人都係$150多D,雖然自助區唔算出色,但可以任食4款häagen-dazs 雪糕,以價錢同環境舒適度嚟講,絕對對得起個價錢!
