To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於鑽石山的聘珍樓,早前茶市曾經來試過,那以的點心水準一般而已,今次再來想試下這裡的晚餐是如何,這晚食物水準有好亦有不好,整體都是一般,個人感覺是名過其實。(1)生拆大開蟹扒豆苗 $248😋,這道菜式烹調火喉剛剛好豆苗爽嫩,水準OK,讚👍。(2)香檳焗肉排 $158 ,半肥瘦的肉排size適,可惜肉排醃製不夠入味,個酸甜醬汁又偏淡,差👎。(3) 話梅子薑炆鷄煲 $188,這道菜上枱時見個賣相已不對勁,再夾件鷄試一試,真的鷄肉完全不夠入味,就連個醬汁嘗不到話梅和子薑的味道,差差差👎。(4) 臘味糯米飯 $160,糯米飯飯粒粒夠分明,配上臘味、臘腸和潤腸粒粒夠香口,OK。
