To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午與友人一同到青衣元氣吃飯，電子下單很快就把點好的食物都送上。軟殼蟹手卷很脆口；芝士焗蠔芝士味很重，和蠔一起吃味道很濃郁，非常推薦！油甘魚刺身上得最快，油甘魚很肥美，吃進口甘甜味慢慢在嘴裡散發出來；蟹膏蟹肉軍艦壽司，蟹膏絕對濃郁，配合蟹肉與蟹籽一同吃讓人非常回味；酥炸三文魚皮，咸蛋味是明顯的，也炸的脆脆很香口，味道沒外面得魚皮那邊濃；最後點了芝士蝦，蝦很彈牙，配上芝士吃進口相當好吃，整體而言食物質素與環境都是滿意得。
