.老公同朋友黎過呢間餐廳食飯話食物質素高,今日有機會到我黎試下啦!💛我地叫左兩個main,一個跟餐一個單點,因為我地都細食,而我又唔想飲湯食沙律😅香草燒法式紐西蘭羊仔架 丨燒汁.薄荷醬 丨薯菜 (單點HK$110)羊仔架兩大塊,羊肉都易切開,食落都覺得肉嫩,如果煎少兩分鐘可能更好食更tender,成塊都肥瘦均勻有油脂肥肉位,好香,冇羊羶味👍🏼可惜燒汁凍左,但薄荷味好出。配菜係薯蓉、蕃茄片、生菜。薯蓉都幾大個,如果加牛奶整,食落會更加幼滑,呢個比較粗糙啲,但都唔錯既。軟殼蟹黑松露忌廉汁意粉 (跟餐 HK$108)一上枱就聞到陣陣黑松露香,意粉份量巨大,每條意粉都沾上黑松露同忌廉汁,足料唔吝嗇軟殼蟹都炸得好脆,原隻上,入面都有啲蟹肉的😋跟餐配蒜茸包、蕃茄雜菜湯同一杯熱飲。Bora Bora 果茶-德國 (HK$50)(Strawberry. Mango. Currants. Apple. Raspberry.Sunflower)呢杯果茶酸酸甜甜好醒胃,食完兩碟比較油膩既野飲返杯果茶即刻解膩,推介👍🏼壺茶係用小蠟燭熱住,咁就唔怕茶凍哂啦,杯係比細細隻有耳既杯仔,其實叫呢壺茶同三五知己飲都幾c

比利時特濃朱古力切餅伴雪糕 (HK$50)
呢個切餅幾特別既,第一佢唔甜,第二佢既味道係dark chocolate + caramel,食落會有焦糖少少甜帶苦既味道,第三佢既texture偏硬身,似大理石蛋糕既質感。雪糕係有少少似阿華田味道,都ok既。呢個切餅伴隨兩塊蜜桃都幾得意😂

環境方面呢到都坐得幾舒適,都係梳化座為主,普通椅都會有個大咕𠱸。呢到weekend 會有live band,平日應該就播下mirror d歌🤣成晚loop住姜濤, AL啲歌😂
唯一唔太好係佢係open kitchen,啲油煙會谷哂出黎,頭髮會吸哂味😢不過返屋企落多幾下洗頭水洗頭ok既🤣
服務方面都好架,店員、廚師都好有禮貌👍🏼
其實呢餐西餐廳既性價比都高,食物質素都中上,支持下小店!^_^
