去完深水埗買皮革用品後,就黎到長沙灣呢邊,見到有間餐廳個名好特別,環境又靚,決定食個午餐~ 跟餐先上個南瓜湯。燒春雞配野菌燒汁 ($78)隻春雞都幾大份,燒得好靚,皮脆肉嫩,係燒香雞界黎講確實不錯。燒澳洲肉眼扒配巴黎牛油汁 ($88)肉眼扒牛味十分濃,煎得較熟,冇血汁,但食落好鬆軟。再加埋呢個巴黎牛油汁真係好正,有牛油味,令牛扒味更岀!焗香草牛油翡翠螺 ($68)6粒超大隻翡翠螺焗到熱辣辣,用手掂會辣親一扯舊螺肉,超級juicy,牛油味好香~ 好煙韌好有咬口!蜜糖單骨雞翼 ($38)呢隻係炸雞翼,食落比較脆身。蜜糖味都好岀,甜甜地,令人一隻又一隻咁食~ 但如果變焗既做法,肉質更鮮嫩,應該都唔錯!飲品都好正~ 粉紅菲菲 (+$18) 係士多啤梨同香港既奶昔,好滑好重果香!爆谷咖啡 (+$18) 唔知點解叫爆谷味,覺得都係好似焦糖既味道~
