To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 《無肉食》向來有唔少好評,正好佢喺中環My Central 下面開咗分店,環境喏大舒適,由於疫情關係人客較平時少,一連食咗好幾次都有驚喜。尤其堂食一舊水有main course + 頭盤甜品飲品buffet,簡直係奇蹟!!首先喺外賣自取嘅《素豆腐豬柳漢堡配薯角》,睇樣都覺得美味,尤其係豆腐豬柳外脆內嫩,就算已經擺咗陣都依然熱辣辣,顛覆咗我以前對豆腐漢堡嘅印象。第一次堂食,記得係叫《真係乾炒牛河》咁上下,因為雖然牛肉係蔬菜做,但味道同普通乾炒牛河係無分別。為咗遷就唔同人口味可揀走洋蔥...我就當然唔介意。呢個牛河調味剛好,鑊氣十足,如果唔係豆干牛肉出賣咗佢,可能會以為係酒樓出品。必吃!!第二次堂食叫咗《沙嗲醬猴頭菇炒粉絲》,猴頭菇炸過嘅質感有少少似咕嚕肉,成碟嘢係有喺大牌檔嗰種鑊氣同濃郁嘅沙茶醬炒牛肉feel。可見呢度廚師做中菜嘅功力真係好好,連齋都炒得咁好食。之後試咗『日式咖喱漢堡』,其實嗰塊漢堡應該係漢堡包果個。咖喱非常香濃,又係唔會覺得係齋嘅一碟。可惜佢又開始供應返頭盤甜品自助餐,令我冇乜胃納裝主菜啦 T  _ T以上全部都係主菜一份 + 頭盤甜品飲品糖水任食任拎。你見到嗰碟菜蔬,

以上全部都係主菜一份 + 頭盤甜品飲品糖水任食任拎。你見到嗰碟菜蔬,十穀米,豆湯同雪梨茶,就知道中環一舊水可以食咁多嘢絕對係奇蹟。要去嘅朋友記住要空肚啦。
