To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日拿住coupon去附近的大快活快餐,自從裝修之後真係坐得好舒服,好鍾意個燈光~我地三個人分別叫左:我:粟米斑塊套餐(有一碟粟米斑塊,一碟冬菇生菜,一碗紅燒翅,一碗飯及一杯普洱)$36,味道幾好,但生菜太多油了!爸:北菇滑雞煲仔飯套餐(配一碟鴨掌生菜及紅燒翅)$40.味道ok,但雞只有兩件小雞翼!媽:原茄系列的香脆豬扒($27):我見到塊豬扒好靚好大塊,應該好好味,個汁我試左,好濃的茄味,正!!由於有coupon,買夠$30送四枝meko芒果汁,所以這天我們拿著8枝果汁離去~~~比起大家樂,這裏的好處是唔洗同人逼及等位,又唔洗俾人望住咁食!!
