放工去完深水埗買東西後,即興與朋友吃個飯。經過這間串燒店,想著吃個串燒飲杯啤酒應該不錯,就直接進去了。招牌花甲粉 ($56) 總共有8隻花甲,花甲肉質鮮嫩多汁,粉絲完全吸收了花甲的鮮味,令人回味無窮。雞泡魚乾 ($42)甘香味美,加上蜜糖燒至乾身,甜甜地非常有咬口,送酒必點!燒茄子 ($34) 將原條茄子搭配濃濃的孜然粉與蒜蓉,多汁軟嫩。串燒方面,我們點了三款: 牛舌 ($30) 很厚,而且燒得恰到好處,外層略帶焦香,內裡肉質鮮嫩多汁,超彈口不會乾靭 。雞軟骨($15)亦燒得剛剛好,外酥內軟,咬下去帶有彈性,不錯。豬仔嘅肉 ($12)原來即是烤豬肉片,烤得外焦內嫩,脆卜卜,送酒一流!串燒當然要配啤酒,生啤 Asahi ($68)搭配串燒美食簡直是絕配!而且店裡多款啤酒有買二送一優惠,相當划算。這裡環境舒適,伴隨著懷舊金曲,跟朋暢談了一個晚上,非常滿足!
