大圍小巷中原來有呢間環境非常日式既餐廳,真係好似去左日本食居酒屋咁。前菜叫左月見免治雞肉棒($32),燒得有少少乾身,不過點埋蛋豉油都不錯。之前係日本食過既明太子醬淮山($28),估唔到呢到都有,淮山燒得好香,帶有些少焦香味,再加上明太子獨有既香味,雖然係素食但都非常好食!日式雞骨腸($28),腸仔包住雞骨,好香既肉味加上雞油香。食完前菜就進入omakase既部分,我地叫左菊($600)。油甘魚刺身,非常厚身,食落肥美並有濃濃既魚油香味。紅鯛魚刺身,做法好特別,燒到個皮脆身香口,再配合埋鯛魚本身濃厚既魚味,好夾!黃花魚一夜干($128),一夜干既做法令魚本身乾身,魚既香味亦都大大提升,再加上燒魚既香味,令成道菜都非常惹味。帆立貝刺身,好大隻呀真係,見到都已經好開心,食落都好鮮甜,但我成日覺得中間塊檸檬蓋過左少少帆立貝既甜味,我會prefer唔好擺。大拖羅,超級肥美,入口既溶,但相對上魚味就少啲。金目鯛壽司,鯛魚新鮮,魚味夠重。活赤貝壽司,本身對赤貝無乜好感,但呢個赤貝付我改觀!首先舊赤貝非常大舊,入口好滿足,而且佢厚身得黎帶點爽口,而且好濃貝類既海水鮮味,好正!牡丹蝦,我既至愛,呢隻

海膽壽司,雖然賣相佢跌左一舊,不過佢啲海膽真係好甜,配埋壽司飯,令每一粒飯都有海膽味,超滿足!

拖羅壽司,又係拖羅啦好開心,今次無咁油,所以食到多啲魚味,相比下我會選擇中拖羅,可以食多幾舊。

呢到Omasake有良心,因為有烏冬食得飽你哈哈,但係,佢個烏冬,係估唔到咁好食。簡簡單單一個烏冬,每一個部分都做得好好,牛肉肥味有肉味加上嫩滑唔過老,湯底充滿牛肉既油脂香,但香而不膩,烏冬滑溜彈牙,唔會有奇怪既麵粉味,真係好好好食!
