To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣凍, 最鐘意打邊爐, 仲要係懷舊設計嘅冰室度打雖然啲座位有少少逼, 但成個半飲食套餐($258 加一)抵到爆呀! 如果去記得記得BOOK位, 因為BOOK左位會送鮑魚雞煲!!!!!一坐低, 首先嚟左個小食, 係香港傳統小食, 魚蛋燒賣~之後雞煲就嚟啦, 計時10分鐘就食得嚕~叫左BB辣, 好惹味, 啲雞又大大件, 仲滑身家!侍應上個海鮮盤時, 見到都流哂口水啦~湯底叫左沙嗲同麻辣鴛鴦鍋, 因為沙嗲係自家特製, 比出面一般食到嘅稠身, 所以記得久唔久攪下去~以免痴底嘩, 啲花甲又甜又大隻, 仲要無沙家~之後火鍋配料任食~推介啲丸, 好多都好特別~好似粟米肉丸!最後仲有糖水! 紅豆雜果涼粉冰! 好有童年回憶呀
