放假當然離不開一家人飲茶傾吓計,我們多數會到銅鑼灣利舞台玉桃軒飲茶,因為這裏除咗座位舒服,景觀一流,點心即叫即蒸。鳳爪排骨蒸飯白飯煮得軟綿綿,好肥大的鳳爪,有點甜甜豆豉香味,骨肉分離,很好食,加入甜豉油食唔停口👍蟹籽蒸燒賣王有三隻,每隻上面都有少量蟹籽,燒賣做得非常好,豬肉有冬菇粒作配料,很香的鮮蝦跟豬肉比例剛剛好,七三比例,非常爽口彈牙。木魚燒汁釀茄子茄子煎得好淋,魚肉新鮮厚肉,咬落啖啖肉,加入醬汁一齊食,非常惹味。😋懷舊千層糕千層糕是兒時最喜愛食的點心,熱辣辣,每一層都非常考功夫,鹹香香味撲鼻,食落口感一流。魚湯鮮竹卷鮮竹卷炸過之後再加入魚湯煮,湯底非常鮮甜,鮮竹卷外皮香口,連湯一齊食,正!鮮蝦菜苗餃菜苗顏色新鮮嫩綠,餃皮薄到變得透明,非常足料👍
