To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環遊味蕾之咖啡廳午餐驚喜

行過去就被啲咖啡香味吸引住，咁就決定喺呢間咖啡店歎個悠閒午餐。環境寧靜得黎，坐位之間嘅空間都夠曬，唔會夾到唔舒服。食物方面，勁撐呢个All Day Breakfast，超級滿足！啖啖麵包配滑蛋，味道夠晒香口，真係幸福感爆棚😍。煙肉忌廉蛋汁意粉嗰陣，我班友一臉幸福咁話「真係又creamy又惹味！」我試咗啲，蛋味同忌廉芝士好夾，勁好食得滯👍。至於咖啡呢邊，薄脆焦糖咖啡正！鬆脆焦糖層好夠哂趣味，飲落去又香又甜，絕對係呢度嘅必試之選！話說返嗰個Artichoke Pizza，表面香脆，啖啖都食到啲雅枝竹嘅香味，好開胃！整體嚟講，今次嘅食物同咖啡都冇令我失望，真係想喺度浪費時間啲😌。員工嘅服務都算係貼心，就算人手不足都做得幾勁。總括嚟講，呢間咖啡店嘅正餐同甜點都值得一試！🍰🍴
