鮮蝦水瓜烙：鮮蝦唔鮮；餅 “淰淰地”唔香脆又無咩味。碌鵝：鵝味道怪怪的，一d都唔香，呢個招牌菜好唔抵食。荷菜飯：餡料十足，飯味道香濃，口感濕濕地易入口。啫啫芥蘭：個汁有咸魚味，但未夠香，只係鹹和太 "傑"。香醋骨：肉質 juicy，醋味清香。大魚頭煲：魚肉嫩滑，炒得幾野味。見到甘多人讚好令我好大期望，但我和朋友們都覺得質素一般。
