To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

甘醇清香的八寶茶

住在附近的我跟朋友來到崇仁街，準備購買中秋節買禮之物。行行下想搵個地方醫下肚，就入左這間上海鋪。一坐底，老闆就上了兩杯有趣的茶，叫龍珠茶。會自動開花的！見到有個二人餐，咪叫左獅子頭，糖醋排骨同酸辣湯。野食方面大致上幾好，起碼無出面的上海鋪噤肥利…酸辣湯夠酸夠辣，糖醋排骨D汁唔會稀稀的，夠味道。獅子頭就比較濃味，不過還接受到。食後，還有一杯叫八寶茶的東西，有八樣材料的。味道甜甜的，好適合飯後品嘗，我同friend都添飲左兩杯~飲用後同老闆談，原來這些都是他們配的，同外面的八寶茶並不一樣。同我個friend商量過，又問老闆若買多有無discount 最終每人都買了五包龍珠茶及八寶茶回家作送禮之用。P.s.: 老闆都幾好人的！hahaha有下次！
