將軍澳康城站開咗個好大嘅商場,上次去行都行唔曬,商場新開咗好多食店。好想去試新餐廳,今日同老公再去逛下。途中見到有間京菜餐廳,叫京滬佳餚,餐廳主打新派摩登京滬菜,佔地4000呎,裝潢有中國宮廷格調,設有露天用餐區。京滬酥香烤鴨半隻 :師傅精選北京金星填鴨,採用西式的蒸烤風爐燜烤製作填鴨,利用科技有效控制爐溫,令烤鴨酥而不膩。鴨皮燒得均勻又香脆,脂肪部份唔多,食起上嚟唔會覺得肥膩,至於鴨肉亦嫩滑,肉味非常香濃。食片皮鴨嘅配料有六款:糖、甜醬、京蔥、青瓜、蘿蔔同蒜蓉,配搭起上嚟好有層次。餅皮做得夠薄,煙韌有彈性,大廚功夫真了得!夾埋所有材料,能品嚐到鴨皮的豐腴油脂,令人齒頰留香。招牌小籠包:小籠包皮薄餡多,包內充滿濃郁嘅肉汁,好好味!京滬擔擔麵:湯入面有豬肉碎同蔥花。麵條係自家製,特別幼滑,湯底濃郁有麻醬香味。鱔糊炒麵:炒麵足料有鑊氣,鱔大條又粗,好有咬口,加入芽菜和韭黃增添爽口感,味道甜甜地好好味!抽子冰茶:用茉莉花茶、熱情果醬汁、檸檬汁、柚子蜜、桃泥調製,味道清新,甜甜地,冰凍好飲!禁果:用柑橘、卡爾瓦多斯酒、檸檬汁、蛋白和糖漿調製,有滑的口感,酒味不濃!
