To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 買左杯鮮榨水果綠茶，七分甜，嘩第一啖甜到吐出黎，以為未搞均啦，點知成杯都係咁，糖漿咁。同個腿鏡女店員反映，佢話：「係咁甜架，因為有果糖同糖漿，你下次叫走甜啦」頂落單你唔講⋯之後幫我加返兩啖茶，對成件事無幫助囉，老公都話飲唔到但係已經行到好口乾，最後我地勉強飲左四分一就掉左，因為真係解唔到渴個甜度係沖開兩杯都仲可以囉，仲要已經七分甜，邊個飲到？擺明佢搞錯分量啦，仲話店鋪推介⋯⋯⋯唔怪得唔洗排隊，絕對無下次
