To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日午飯時間來到i-sqaure揾嘢食，見到茶木唔駛排隊，梗係狗衝啦， 事關呢間野其他分店日日大排長龍。 入內，侍應安排坐卡位，餐牌選擇甚多，特別係台式飲品， 不過都係點了最基本的黑糖珍珠奶茶，另外點了滷肉蛋飯，雞扒麵和草莓香草蜜糖磚塊。不夠五分鐘便上菜。滷肉蛋飯。味道中規中矩, 其實滷肉飯係穩陣之選，好難整得唔好食，但又好難整得好突出。溏心蛋蛋黃比較熟。珍珠奶茶唔錯，甜度適中，黑糖乃健康之選。雞扒麵，雞扒新鮮炸起，炸漿夠薄，雞扒仍有肉汁，由於炸漿夠薄，所以啖啖肉。麵亦煮得適中，夠爽口，而且湯底濃味得來唔鹹。最後是這裡最出名的甜品， 不過等候時間亦都夠耐，由於差不多食完主菜才點，所以差不多齋等了25分鐘。不過等得耐也值得， 多士配上蜜糖及士多啤利雪糕真係無得輸，食完想再食， 只是有點熱氣。
