又喺荃灣覓食,天氣有啲熱,食返啲泰國嘢消暑。座位都幾寬敞,仲有好似屋仔咁樣嘅設計。餐廳用QR code點單,一嚟到乜嘢都唔好做住嗌杯飲品先,嗌咗一杯生椰楊枝甘露。之後就開始再嗌食物分別嗌咗個曼谷蟹肉蟹黃炒飯,椰子香茅奶油蜆湯,手打月亮炸蝦餅,再加多隻烤珍寶手臂大頭蝦。 食物好快就到, 先嚟係個湯,見到個湯都夠兩個人飲,仲有好多蜆肉添,蜆肉唔會話乾柴柴, 飲落去酸酸地,但亦都有椰子嘅味道,飲完之後覺得好醒神好清爽。 飲落去唔會話有冬蔭功咁辣咁刺激,但會有開咗胃口嘅感覺。上菜嘅時候佢會幫我哋用酒精燃燒嘅爐仔去保持溫度,等佢唔會變凍。而真係熱到係會令到個湯繼續冒煙,甚至會起泡泡,當覺得已經好夠熱嘅時候,仲可以用個煲嘅小機關去熄咗啲火,就唔使特登叫啲店員幫手。之後就係炸蝦餅, 炸蝦餅又係熱辣辣,所以唔好咁快就食,炸蝦餅會配上泰式酸辣醬,令到食落去唔會覺得好油膩,咬落去十分之彈牙,唔會話食落去好粉。佢炸嘅火喉骰盅所以食落去唔會話係咁滲返啲油出嚟。除蝦餅附送一啲蝦片,蝦片亦都係非常之脆卜卜,咬落去會有sok sok聲。之後就係大頭蝦,見到佢同餐單一樣好大隻,蝦肉都好夠雪白,咬落去都好實淨,燒熟嘅程

之後就係大頭蝦,見到佢同餐單一樣好大隻,蝦肉都好夠雪白,咬落去都好實淨,燒熟嘅程度啱啱好唔會話燒到過熟, 用差一劃已經可以成嚿蝦肉拎出嚟,食呢個蝦有三個方法,第一個係淨係食呢個蝦肉,第二就可以點佢隔離綠色嘅醬汁,入面相信應該有啲泰式嘢料理例如金不換,食落去都好清新, 可以清新味蕾。而另一種就係點佢嘅蝦頭嘅膏,食落去蝦膏嘅甘香同蝦肉連埋一齊好夾。就咁食蝦膏亦都見到佢金黃色,仲有軟滑嘅口感,而且唔會話食淨嘅蝦膏就仲有第二種用法添就係用嚟撈炒飯食。

炒飯方面都非常之大兜,唔會好似餐單上面咁的骰。除咗有蟹籽之外,亦都有蟹肉喺度,撈埋嚟食可以增強口感。炒飯都好有鑊氣唔會話啲飯黐埋,而蟹肉亦都食得到佢一梳梳嘅口感,唔會話覺得蟹肉好削好梅。 就咁食已經可以食到蟹肉嘅香味,撈埋蝦膏食就能夠更加令到個炒飯更加香,更加有嗰種油嘅甘香,撈埋嚟成日都唔會話變得更加膩。

飲品方面我覺得係好有驚喜,佢嘅楊枝甘露唔會話好似出面甜品舖嘅死甜,反而係有一種微甜,令到你唔會話越飲越口渴,而椰奶同芒果都好夾,楊枝甘露好足料,芒果亦夠甜,唔會酸。飲落去夠曬凍,透心涼!

最後就嗌埋一個甜品,分別係手作黑糖珍珠雪米糍同芒果糯米飯雪糕,朋友同樣覺得芒果唔會酸然糯米嘅份量亦都足夠,雪糕亦都有兩球所以好夠飽。好似返咗去泰國食芒果糯米飯咁樣。而雪米糍佢就係雪糕上面鋪一塊糯米皮,隔離有黑糖珍珠之外仲有麻薯。麻薯同糯米皮食落去煙煙靭韌,但係一咬就會即刻斷,唔會話咬到牙痛都未咬完。珍珠煙煙韌韌,而黑糖醬嘅份量好適中,可以撈曬成個雪糕之餘,唔會話令到成個雪糕太甜。我哋都一至認定雪糕嘅質素都好高。下次嚟一定會再食下佢其他甜品。
