To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假同屋企人一齊飲茶, 有朋友話太湖搬左上樓, 新裝修所以上黎試下大概12點黎到, 可能仲早所以即刻有位星期一至日都有唔同既餐, 有飯/麵跟菜或者拼盆跟飯麵不過今日屋企人想食點心多D, 所以無叫餐小點$18.8, 中點 $22.8, 大點$24.8 (相對起上黎大點好似比較抵食)除左大中小特點之外, 都有特價點心, 我地都係主攻特價點心蛋煎糯米雞 ($13.8)薄薄既蛋皮包住糯米雞, 蛋皮煎得唔夠耐, 唔夠香, 好軟身入面既糯米雞略為濕左D, 唔夠乾身, 不過糯米雞都好多料, 有叉燒同埋蝦等等春風得意腸 ($24.8)同個名一樣好得意, 腸粉入面係春卷黎, 春卷包住肉,蝦同埋馬碲呢個腸粉唔會好似平時食開既炸兩咁好易林, 食到最後都外軟內脆平時點春卷就會點喼汁, 而呢個腸粉就係點豉油感覺上配酸酸地既汁會好D, 可以中和下肉味, 無咁漏不過我都係鐘意炸兩或者包住蘿蔔絲卷既腸粉多D擂沙湯圓($8)外層椰絲好香,湯圓皮唔算太厚, 而入面芝麻唔夠香荳沙窩餅($10)上面層芝麻基本上係同個窩餅皮分離左既, 入面荳沙好多, 唔太甜, 好食不過油左少少 除左呢4個點心之外, 仲叫左一個蒸飯($21)
