To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太古Glasshouse 喺太古城行完街食個early dinner,見冇乜人排隊就去咗想試好耐嘅Glasshouse兩個人叫咗4樣野,分別係《韓式辣醬烤豬肉意粉》味道辣辣地好開胃唔錯,豬肉分量比較少,但係配菜都算多,又有蛋加大量木魚片,都算好豐富,不過就越食越鹹《松露焗豬飯》係進化版嘅大家樂焗豬扒飯,飯底係黑松露炒飯,配好薄嘅豬肉片,所以佢叫焗豬飯而唔係焗豬扒飯,味道冇特別之餘份量亦係少得可憐,一個人都唔夠食《烤芝士煙肉卷》脆脆嘅煙肉包住煎到溶溶地嘅芝士,非常香口惹味,不過得兩串分量就少咗d唔係咁抵食《芒果配棉花糖多士》成餐飯最驚喜就係甜品!賣相靚之餘亦勁好味!芒果雪糕勁正,唔係個種好假嘅芒果味,反而似係新鮮自家製嘅雪糕,仲啖啖有芒果肉添!雪糕配埋香脆嘅多士,仲有芒果粒同棉花糖,簡直大滿足!!

喺太古城行完街食個early dinner,見冇乜人排隊就去咗想試好耐嘅Glasshouse

兩個人叫咗4樣野,分別係

《韓式辣醬烤豬肉意粉》
味道辣辣地好開胃唔錯,豬肉分量比較少,但係配菜都算多,又有蛋加大量木魚片,都算好豐富,不過就越食越鹹

《松露焗豬飯》
係進化版嘅大家樂焗豬扒飯,飯底係黑松露炒飯,配好薄嘅豬肉片,所以佢叫焗豬飯而唔係焗豬扒飯,味道冇特別之餘份量亦係少得可憐,一個人都唔夠食

《烤芝士煙肉卷》
脆脆嘅煙肉包住煎到溶溶地嘅芝士,非常香口惹味,不過得兩串分量就少咗d唔係咁抵食

《芒果配棉花糖多士》
成餐飯最驚喜就係甜品!賣相靚之餘亦勁好味!芒果雪糕勁正,唔係個種好假嘅芒果味,反而似係新鮮自家製嘅雪糕,仲啖啖有芒果肉添!雪糕配埋香脆嘅多士,仲有芒果粒同棉花糖,簡直大滿足!!
