母親節帶媽媽去中環Spiga，之前都試過呢到Brunch，今次同樣都係食weekend Brunch，但提供食物方式唔同左，再唔係自助餐形式，而係4 course Brunch🌟TO BEGIN分了Sea, Farm, land三款，每人可以揀一款，Sea其實係海鮮大餐🤩有生蠔、青口、大蜆、海蝦、昋拿魚他他、帶子，每款都有幾隻，我最鍾意就係生蠔！另外farm係風乾火腿拼盤配芝士🧀24個月帕馬火腿鹹鹹香香，嫩滑無筋，口感細緻🌟ANTIPASTI共有十二款選擇，每人可選3款，其中我最推介既有Fried Whitebait Fish同Beef Tartare，前者係炸白飯魚😍調味唔會好重，略帶鹽味，可口惹味；牛肉他他加入蛋黃拌勻，口感幾滑幾濃肉味🌟THE MAIN ACTRigatoni "Mancini" Pork Guanciale係免治豬肉管麵條，表面帶有溝紋的和中空的部份，藏滿濃郁芝士同番茄醬🥫超級入味；Black Angus Striploin有少少過熟，應該接近7成熟，上檯時已經切好，中間略帶少少粉紅，比較有咬口🙈🌟INDULGENT FINALE冇諗過甜品環節係推架Trolle
