第一次知道原來有雪山楊枝甘露,於是便來一試。但奇趣地,原來的食材薏米已用完,所以便以黑珍珠來代替。但總算是一個意外的收獲,因為黑珍珠比薏米更夾口,口感不錯。更開心是配上綠茶雪糕,味道就更多了一個層次。
